We have an experienced and professional team with over 35 years’ involvement in Building Control with Fire Safety, Thermal Design and Defects Warranty Audit experience and all professional staff are Registered Building Inspectors through BSR approved competence schemes. Studious Limited have operated successfully since 2009 as the trading company for Stuart Brown Individual Approved Inspector and Corporate Approved Inspectors but now have approval to continue services as an RBCA.
Studious Limited is a member of the Association of Registered Building Control Approvers to ensure we can maintain up-to-date information, access additional resources and gain additional insight into issues affecting the Building Control Profession
Studious Limited are ISO9001 accredited for our management systems and are audited annually by Certified Quality Systems Ltd to ensure compliance with procedures. In addition, we are monitored and regulated by the BSR to ensure that required standards of service are being maintained and to identify any areas where improvement is necessary.
