Studious Ltd

Who we are: Studious Ltd is the trading company of Stuart Brown, Individual Approved Inspector. Set up in 2009 we are a new company with old standards of honesty and ethics which we think you will appreciate.

What we do: We provide building control surveying services throughout England and Wales as an alternative to local authority and other providers. We also offer advice on fire safety, disabled access and building energy design.

Why we do this: Because we think that people need somewhere nice to live, work, eat and shop, plus we know a bit about building control and the difficulties it can cause.

Our customers: We have over 20 years experience in building control provision in the public and private sector and our clients include individual house owners, industry, retail companies, restaurants and healthcare providers.
